RETURN POLICY

An order is only complete once you are fully satisfied with the items. Therefore, goldenmanorenterprises offers the option of returning items within 30 days of receipt.

Please note the following
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt Include the returns form completed correctly and in full If you return an order without meeting the abovementioned terms and conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process it and it will be returned to you. Please return the complete and undamaged item in its original packaging. Please return the tickets and labels attached to the item.

Perfume return policy
Unfortunately we do not take back goldenmanorenterprises perfumes, opened or unopened. And also the perfume cannot be exchanged.

Return costs are covered by goldenmanorenterprises for the Czechia, Germany and Belgium. Outside of these countries the costs are for your own account.

Very important:
Always state our email address on the return label. (if you forget this, the return shipment will be delivered to your address / return to sender)

The return costs are for the customers themselves. After arrival date (return package) you will receive a refund within 14 days on the original payment method.
